Logan trip

I went to Logan last week for FFA judging comp. while there with slack time I took advantage of the area and went fishing a couple times.  I hit Mantua for a while and watched what I believe was USU researchers or possibly some crayfish hunters picking up traps while I fished.  I pulled into the boat ramp area and read a sign that made me wonder, it read, "swimmers be aware swimming in this lake could cause swimmers itch".  I didn't swim.  Didn't catch anything either getting tired of the skunk.  I went out the next evening to Benson and fished the pacific corp waters and caught a couple fish and carp on my KM I couldn't believe it hit my KM and then as was trying to release the stupid thing it took my lure and swam away!  Stinking Carp!  Anyhow new waters covered will need to try Mantua again in boat or tube to if I can do better.  til next time.
